Thank you for shopping with Buckeze. We want you to love your purchase — but if something’s not quite right, we’ve made returns simple.

Return Process

To start a return, please email us at info@buckeze.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all tags and packaging).

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund or store credit within 2–3 business days.

Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll refund the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@buckeze.com.

Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? The easiest way is to return your original item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Return Address

We’ll provide any additional return instructions by email once your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@buckeze.com and we’ll make it right.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery — no reason needed. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
