Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 14 days of purchase for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full details.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Once placed, orders can’t be changed or cancelled. If you need help urgently, please email info@buckeze.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Q: Are the hats customizable?
A: Yes! Our hats are designed with built-in eyelets so you can clip on charms and personalize your look. You can swap charms in and out as often as you like.
Q: Will charms come with my hat?
A: Charms are sold separately unless stated otherwise. Keep an eye out — more charm packs are coming soon!
